10:INV-009: Fund Operations Manager

Job Summary
The Fund Operations Manager will manage the process of forming, documenting, providing due diligence and closing low income tax credit investment funds. The person will coordinate with in-house and outside legal counsel as well as other Capital Markets team members.
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee fund entity formation, dissolution, and other related tasks
• Prepare Fund offering materials
• Prepare due diligence packages for investor
• Coordinate investor review process with credit department.
• Work with the investor relationship managers, other Enterprise departments and fund counsel to address investor partnership agreement and side letter comments.
• Manage production and circulation of final LPA and updated PPM disclosures prior to closing.
• Oversee the preparation of escrow agreements and escrow letters, collection and review of all executed investor documents.
• Oversee all post closing items including the preparation and distribution of the closing binder and fund database entry.
• Maintain consistency of business terms across all investment
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years related experience; paralegal certificate required.
• Experience in real estate and/or tax credit syndication preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and take responsibility for moving tasks forward.
• Ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Must be highly motivated, be able to work independently and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
• Incumbent is expected to demonstrate strong ethics and professionalism in interpersonal relations and work as an effective collaborative team member.
